– – Okay, kids in Chicago, we’ll you’ve gotta make sure that you’re in the center so that you can walk to all the great family-friendly attractions that are in the center of Chicago. I would say two that you really have to check out, if you’re here in Chicago with your kids would be Wrigley Field, that baseball game. Never been to one before, it’s so exciting the atmosphere is electric, the kids will love it. Also, I would say Navy Pier, that’s iconic really and there’s so much for kids to do, you’ll be there for the day. Business class with United was amazing, it was such a treat, it was so luxurious and there was so much space. I was blown away by the comfort of the bed when it lay flat, I didn’t think I’d sleep but I really did, and the Egyptian cotton bedding was gorgeous. The food was incredible and it just kept coming, there was so much of it and really good quality, not what you expect from airplane food, so that’s fabulous. Well worth it. Definitely check out Lou Malnati’s, which is the really famous Chicago deep dish pizza joint. A couple of locals recommended it, and I can see why. Great experience, great fun for the kids, really family friendly. And I would say, for a slightly quirky restaurant and still kid friendly is The Purple Pig. I really enjoyed that restaurant, there was a great menu available, surprising. The Dana Hotel, super modern, uber-cool and chic hotel right in the center of Chicago. We were able to walk to everything from the Dana Hotel, really comfortable. Great meal in there actually, we had a nice meal in there as well. And the rooms had everything, everything from gorgeous towels to yoga mats, to huge widescreen TV, coffee machine, everything you could need.
